Besoin d'améliorationSadly, neither showers nor food were hot :-( When I mentioned about the showers, the shower attendant lady said it was because it was so busy - which is not an adequate excuse, sorry! Grrr.

ExceptionnelLoved the decor. Food is only served before BA flights so there wasn’t anyone or any food when I went. The bar selection is very extensive, worth the visit and then head over to Qantas for food.

ExceptionnelI feel like this is unfairly compared to its Qantas neighbour, but I’m a big fan of this lounge. Sure, the food spread isn’t as impressive but it’s more comfortable and feels ‘newer’.

SatisfaisantWhat a drop for British Airways. Compared to other airlines, it has dropped its standards and service. I fly to London, I have stuck with them, I need an alternative.
